Manage Settings

Manage variouts aspects of your account within the settings page.

Account

The User Account tab allows you to manage your admin account for the dashboard. You can change your name, email and password here.

Company Details

The Company Details tab allows you to add your company details to be used in the software. The app uses these details in your PDF report documents.

Report Style

Manage your report style within the Report Style tab. Change the colours, fonts and cover page of your report to better match your company branding.

Notifications

Control how you receive notifications from the software within the Notifications tab. If you would prefer not to constantly recieve particular email notifications, you can control that from here.

Comment Library

Manage your defect statement templates within the Comment Library tab. You can create comment templates within this section, or also within a report by using the editor to save your comment. We also provide around 100 pre-written defect statements for you to easily add into your reports.

Integrations

Integrations allow you to add additional services to your account, these integrations extend the functionality of the software to make it work better for you. We currently offer the following integrations, with more to be added in the future. You can access the integrations from the Integrations tab.

Postmark

The Postmark integration allows you to authorise the system to send emails on your behalf. This allows your clients to recieve reports from the system as if there were coming directly from your business email.

In order to use this integration, you must use a business email on a custom domain name. Public email service addreses (@gmail.com, @outlook.com) will not work.
