You can use the QR codes or links provided below to access the app store pages to download the app onto your device.

Supported Devices

InspectEasy currently supports IOS and Android phones and tablets. We recommend using a device with an update-to-date operating system for the best experience. Minimum support versions are IOS 14 and Android 8.1 (Oreo).

We also recommend using a device that accepts a sim card so you can upload and email reports on the go. However this is not a requirement.

Troubleshooting

Below are some suggested tips to get the most out of the app.

App layout distorted on device

We have put effort into making the app as accessible as possible, however for users that configure a larger font size or screen zoom this may cause issues in some instances. Reducing the screen zoom down a notch should alleviate the issue.

Unable to log in on another device

Your subscription grants an inspector to use the software on a single device, you will need to unlink the currently signed in device, or logout to be able to login on another device.

Trouble logging in on device

Passwords are case sensitive, it is worth double checking to make sure your password is correctly entered. You can press the eye icon to the right of the password field to view your password in plain text to make sure it is correct. If that does not work, it may be worth trying a password reset for your inspector account. If all else fails get in touch with our live chat and we'll be happy to assist.

Unable to upload report

This may be a result of your device not being connected to the internet. Check your internet connection and then retry the upload. The report status will update in real time as events occur.
