Subscription Management

We've made it easy to manage your subscription, with the process completely automated and easily accessible for you to manage.

Starting a new subscription

For new accounts, you will be prompted to visit the Billing Page to start your subscription, if your account is new you will recieve a 14 day free trial of the software to test out the features. If you are a returning user off a previously cancelled subscription you will be able to start a new subscription.

Trial Period

We currently offer a 14 day free trial period for the application. Your trial gives you access to all features. Please note that the trial includes 10 free pre-inspection agreements, after those 10 agreements are sent additional agreements will be charged at $2.00 AUD per agreement and billing when your subscription renews each month.

The agreement quota resets with your billing period, giving you 10 agreements to utilise each month as part of your plan.

Changing Plans

We currently offer to subscriptions for you to pick from. You can either subscribe monthly, or save 20% on your subscription with a yearly subscription. You are able to swap between these plans at any time.

Cancelling A Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can easily cancel your subscription from the billing page. Once cancelled your subscription will remain acctive until the end of your billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.
